Firstly, we AGG team apologize for delayed AGG Prime-X 2.0 shipping. It's the first time we encounter this issue and we hope it will never happen again in the future.
As we are flooded by the complaints of the delayed items, we want to make some explanation of what's happening behind the scene. To keep it simple, our designer factory having some difficulties to ship our items due to some shipping bureaucracy at this pandemic time. As some country having their own rules on the shipping process, it gives quite an issue of meeting the shipping timeline.
At the future, we hope we already learn how the shipping process in the pandemic time works. As we understand, the rules will be changing at times. And we will try our best to keep up with this issue as we hope it will never happen again.
