We're based in Kuala Lumpur. All Arrow Gaming Glasses orders ship directly from our office in Cyberjaya,KL.
How long will it take for my orders to arrive?
Usually, after order has been placed, we will ship your item on the next working days, and should arrive to you within 1 to 5 working days.
How do I check the status of my order?
Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us back.

Every Arrow Gaming Glass purchase will get one (1) free protective case, and microfiber cloth. We recommend you to put your Arrow Gaming Glass into it to protect it from scratch or break.
What if my Arrow Gaming Glass have defect after I receive it?
Every Arrow Gaming Glass has been tested extensively and rigorously before sending out to all of our customer. But, in rare cases which you found defect in our Arrow Gaming Glasses after you received it, you may send us an email and we will happily to send a brand new Arrow Gaming Glass for you.
